Ernest Pages has over twenty years of experience in information/communications technology design and has been involved with numerous governments and Fortune 500 companies assisting them in strategically planning and implementing systems. As a former Principal of Dorsey-Pages LLC, Ernest was the engagement manager for numerous public safety systems conversions.  He has managed the Information Technology operations for fortune 500 companies as well as designed and procured systems and support services for local as well as International Governments. Ernest has a Florida EIT engineering certification and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Business and a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami. ernest.pages@egovcs.com

 

 

Stephen Gousie has twenty years of professional experience working with organizations to fully leverage legacy, current and future technologies in support of their goals. Stephen has helped organizations to establish technology directions, strategies and plans. In the area of implementation, Stephen has led teams integrating solutions involving: content and document management, business intelligence and analytics, ecommerce, wireless data networks, biometrics, computer aided dispatch, police records management, fire/EMS records management, and jail management. Stephen has been the business manager, program manager and project manager for a variety of client engagements, including those involving distributed transaction processing, client server and legacy integration. John Dorsey is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and holder of a Certificate in Data Processing (CDP). His previous experience in application programming as well as directing the public sector consulting practice for a major CPA consulting firm has provided him with a solid understanding of application and public sector user needs. John has a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics, a Masters Degree in Business Administration, thirty years experience in programming, systems analysis, project management, computer vendor operating system and telecommunications customer support. Dominic F. Tusa provides over twenty-five years of experience managing major communication systems implementations, including complex systems he has designed and subsequently implemented. Each of these systems supports several thousands of users and successfully processes many millions of call transmissions each month. Dominic serves as the senior technical advisor for the engineering team's coverage, reliability, capacity and configuration analyses, designs and implementations for voice and data networks. Dominic has a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University. Gilbert G. Stock, Jr. provides support for analysis of voice communications technologies, as well as necessary propagation analysis for data communications technologies. Gilbert has extensive experience in radio wave propagation and network coverage modeling, mobile data network specification development, FCC 800MHz rebanding migration planning and project implementation, and implementation of public safety communications systems. Gilbert has completed both graduate and post-graduate engineering studies at Tulane University. He has also completed studies in the field of medicine and is a licensed physician (retired). C. Allen Cutts provides support for analysis of connectivity technologies, wireless data, and rebanding implications. He has over six years experience in Wireless Field Service, which includes expertise in the design, installation and servicing of 450MHz and 800MHz narrowband FM wireless LAN systems, and 900MHz and 2.4GHz spread spectrum systems, including WiFi 802.11b systems. Allen has eight years experience in Product Engineering and Project Management, CCNA certification; he has over eleven years experience in LAN/WAN networks. Allen's experience includes knowledge of IP routing, Cisco routers and Catalyst switches, Frame Relay, Virtual LANs and wireless LANs. allen.cutts@egovcs.com

 

Karen Strouse has thirty years of experience in technology-related assignments, assisting organizations with business planning, strategic planning, operations and marketing for technology investments, especially in the area of telecommunications. Karen has published three books about telecommunications management and has presented topics of importance to executive groups involved in technology management. Both of her previous employers have later subcontracted her services as a consultant to assist in business planning and operations improvement. Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Masters of Arts in Communications from Temple University.
