Strategic TECHNOLOGY Planning
Every stage in our planning process is designed to engage every level of your organization and develop consensus around the strategic direction required.
eGov Consulting’s team will work with end users to determine what their business needs are and where technology could be applied to their current business process to achieve efficiency improvement. We will also perform an assessment of the current technical environment, applications and infrastructure.
Once we have an understanding of where you are, we work with you to craft your new strategic direction. This includes goals and project priorities to achieve the new direction. The projects will be costed out, resource requirements identified, and risks identified so that an effective evaluation can be made of the entire portfolio of projects planned.
With the strategic direction, goals and projects identified, the Strategic Plan is codified, the investment plan defined and a transition plan worked out.
