• ITIL Audit – A review of your IT organization’s service management performance using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) industry benchmarking criteria. You receive back a summary of your performance against this criteria and recommendations for improving that performance.
• Segregated Responsibilities Review – IT organizations can be compromised by combining job functions that fail to provide checks and balances for processes and results. We work with you to isolate critical functions and ensure that controls are in place.
