800 MHz rebanding

• Prepare cost estimates and Statements of Works (SOWs)

• Assess and document interoperability environments, and perform related risk assessments

• Evaluate proposed frequencies, assess and document subscriber equipment for modifications and/or replacements

• Assess and document infrastructure facilities that may require modification or replacement

• Assess and document software and firmware for compatibility

• Establish a well-defined reconfiguration communications plan

• Act as your agent, with the project manager’s guidance, in procuring services, and materials and equipment to accomplish the rebanding

• Provide required certifications to the Transition Administrator (TA) and Nextel and complete any true up or refunds with Nextel

• Complete all Federal Communications Commission (FCC) applications for converting all the affected 800 MHz FCC licenses
