Audit, System/Network Architectural Plan, Strategic Technology Plan.
Technology audit for a mid-size, rapidly growing city. We analyzed all departments, documenting findings and recommendations. Developed a Five Year Strategic Technology Plan which included a new city IT architecture, and outlined the logical implementation sequencing and expected budgetary costs.

Planning & Procurement.
Conducted a review of all the City departments, with special focus on the engineering and public works area, to determine GIS and document management/retention requirements. Developed architecture plan, codified requirements matrix. Developed RFP and assisted with the procurement of the ERP system.

Planning & Procurement.
Developed a 5 Year Technology Plan for a rapidly growing city with a large day-time transient population. Plan involved data communications and application systems planning for general government, and as well as a comprehensive utility (gas, electric, water, and sewer). The plan involved the review of all the processes and systems.

Audit, Strategic Technology Plan.
Develop a Strategic Information Systems Plan for a large area, low population City. Plan encompassed the City data network, computer aided dispatch, records management, mobile data systems, storage area network, and document management systems. Developed requirements matrix and RFP, and assisted with vendor selection.
