Planning & Procurement, Implementation Management.

Performed a detailed technical analysis and prepared an architecture plan for the Police Call Center selection and implementation. We subsequently develop a systems integrator RFP, and assisted in vendor evaluations and contract negotiations. Advised customer during implementation.

 

Planning & Procurement.

Conducted a comprehensive study of the Communications Center, which utilized a non-integrated Citizen Response Management system. As part of analysis, all City departments were reviewed for call-response workflow. Developed a plan that included workflows for the City to implement to: integrate calls with the operational departments, and provide information from the operating departments back to the call handlers to close the call handling loop. Benefits included improved statistics, improved customer service and shorter response time for citizens.

 

Planning & Procurement, Implementation Management.

Developed a plan for a shared, multi-city Communications Center that included redundant backup communications centers, fire and police software systems, networking, and a variety of system interfaces. Provided vendor oversight through the systems implementation.
